Celebration of Dance and BBQ will now take place on Tuesday, May 14th - we will move it to St. Paul's gym in the event of rain.

Independent/No Frills Fundraiser - thanks to Mr. Smylie, we can purchase gift cards and 5% of sales come back to the school!  Gift cards can be purchased on line and can be used at any Independent Grocer and No Frills.  #COMMUNITYPARTNER!  This is an ongoing fundraiser and your cards will be sent home the day you order them.  You can also drop into the school and pay for them at the office.

Catholic Education Week - many wonderful ways we celebrated the joys of Catholic Education! Our very own SIr Ralph received the Adult Volunteer of the Year award and even made the papers!

We started the week with a Prayer Service with Father Francis and breaking bread together as a sign of our fellowship. Our grade 2s who had received their First Holy Communion also received their crosses from the school.

We held our first ever Girl's Day In to celebrate friendships, building relationships and self-esteem.  Thank you Ms. Hughes for your leadership and commitment to the Girl's Group!

Amazing results at our cross country meet - thank you Mrs. Mahoney and Mrs. Webster for coaching our runners to stay the course!

Mrs. Mahoney's students presented their inquiry projects on an ancient civilization of their choice. Describing what the daily life was like in that civilization and the impact the environment had on it.

May Hot Lunches

This week we will have mac 'n cheese on Monday, pizza on Wednesday, and subs on Thursday.  Please contact the school for more information about our Hot Lunch program.  We are always looking for helpers from 11:00-12:00 Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays!
